About this position

Supervision is provided by Dr Christoph Sahle (ESRF), Dr Luke Higgins (Diamond Light Source), and Dr Matthew E. Potter (University of Bath).
Eligibility highlights include a degree allowing enrolment for a PhD (for example MSc, Master 2 de Recherche, Laurea, or equivalent), preferably in chemistry, physics, or materials science. Applicants must have strong manual skills, attention to detail, and English proficiency at B2 level or above. MSCA mobility rule conditions apply, and candidates must not already hold a PhD.
The successful candidate will be enrolled in the doctoral school at the University of Bath. The contract is for two years, renewable for one year, and includes compensation plus relocation support to Grenoble.
