The PhD student will join CLINDA’s Data Science Methods group and interact with broader Danish data science infrastructure networks.

Funding: fully funded 3-year PhD stipend. Start date: September 1, 2026 or soon thereafter. Deadline: 31 May 2026.

Eligibility highlights: MSc in mathematical statistics, mathematically founded data science, mathematical economics, or similar; strong mathematics/statistics background; excellent English; spatial statistics experience is an advantage. The PhD includes coursework, teaching/dissemination experience, and an external research stay.
