PhD opportunities are available at Utah State University in the AIM Lab for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.

The lab is led by Assistant Professor Niloufar Alipour Talemi in the School of Computing. The research focus is on computer vision, vision-language models (VLMs), multimodal large language models (MLLMs), multimodal foundation models, efficient model adaptation, and robust and generalizable AI.
