Helpful but non-essential experience includes foundation models, transformers, generative models, representation learning, single-cell omics, genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, PyTorch, HPC, and knowledge of molecular/cellular biology or precision medicine.

What's required

Master’s level degree in AI, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, or a related discipline, or equivalent knowledge corresponding to at least 240 credits with at least 60 advanced credits. Strong programming and quantitative skills, especially in Python and/or R, experience in deep learning, machine learning, or large-scale omics data analysis, self-motivation, independence, problem-solving ability, collaborative interdisciplinary skills, and fluent written and spoken English. Beneficial but not essential: foundation models, transformers, generative models, representation learning, large-scale single-cell omics, integrative multi-omics (genomics, proteomics, metabolomics), PyTorch, HPC, and knowledge of molecular/cellular biology, systems biology, or precision medicine.
