About this position
The University of Zurich’s Implementation Science in Health Care Research Group, based at the Medical Faculty, is offering a PhD position in the UMZH-funded Learn4Sepsis project. The group is led by Prof. Lauren Clack and focuses on optimizing the integration of evidence-based practices and research findings into routine health-care delivery.
The doctoral researcher will contribute to the LEARN AND IMPLEMENT work package, which combines implementation science, human-centered design, and organizational sciences. The PhD candidate will work within the ImS Research Group and collaborate with researchers across the UMZH Learn4Sepsis consortium. Activities include coordinating project stakeholders, supporting workshops, developing human-centered design frameworks for project innovations, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, conducting literature reviews, synthesizing scientific content, presenting findings at conferences, and publishing in peer-reviewed journals. The role also includes supervising and supporting undergraduate students.
The position offers an interdisciplinary research environment spanning implementation science, health services research, public health, organizational sciences, behavioral science, and health-care research at the University of Zurich in Switzerland.
