This is a postdoctoral-equivalent, fixed-term research position focused on developmental biology, molecular biology, stem cells, organoids, and respiratory system research.
The project is supported by AMED’s Innovative Advanced Research and Development Support Program and aims to elucidate the early molecular pathway of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis caused by alveolar stem cell stress, while also contributing to therapeutic drug discovery. The work will use cutting-edge methods such as live imaging, single-cell sequencing, lung organoid culture, and iPS cell differentiation systems.
