Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering is recruiting for Postdoctoral Fellow / Research Associate / Research Assistant positions (full-time or part-time) on a project titled “A memory-enhanced AI agent coordination system for human-centric manufacturing process monitoring and optimization.”
This opportunity is centered on computer science, industrial engineering, and applied artificial intelligence, with a strong focus on manufacturing process monitoring, optimization, and multi-agent coordination. The appointees will assist the project leader in research activities related to the development and application of the AI system.
Eligibility: Postdoctoral applicants should hold a doctoral degree or equivalent and have no more than five years of post-qualification experience. Research Associate applicants should have a Master’s degree or a good honours degree plus at least three years of research/relevant work experience. Research Assistant applicants should have an honours degree or equivalent.
Funding: Full-time appointments come with a highly competitive remuneration package. Part-time remuneration is HK$385/hour for Postdoctoral Fellow, HK$181/hour for Research Associate, and HK$125/hour for Research Assistant. Each appointment is for twelve months.
