The position is part of the LUCA-pi (LUng CAncer prevention and interception) RHU project. The research has a methodological focus on connecting causal inference with mechanistic modeling, with an application to predicting the effects of adjuvant treatment and preventing metastatic relapse in patients with early-stage lung cancer.
The postdoctoral research visit will be co-supervised by Sebastien Benzekry, Quentin Marcou, and David Boulate. Relevant academic areas include medical science, statistics, biology, computer science, computational pharmacology, clinical oncology, causal modeling, and digital-twin development.
