The Central European Institute of Technology (CEITEC) at Brno University of Technology is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join the Pumera research team, led by Professor Martin Pumera. The position focuses on the development and study of materials for nano and microrobots, with applications in advanced robotics and environmental science. The successful candidate will work in a highly international and English-speaking environment, utilizing state-of-the-art facilities including SEM, TEM, UHV STM, GC/MS, XPS, ALD, and 3D printing systems.
The research will center on materials science and electrochemistry, with an emphasis on energy storage, materials preparation, and characterization. Candidates with experience in the analysis of nano/microrobot motion, and those familiar with microorganisms or microplastics, are especially encouraged to apply.
