Eligibility and requirements: applicants must hold a doctoral degree in ecology, evolutionary biology, quantitative biology, or a related field, and should normally have completed the degree within the last three years unless special grounds apply. Strong English communication skills, a clear motivation for global change biology, independence, curiosity, organisational ability, advanced statistical and coding skills, collaborative skills, and a commitment to open science are required. Desirable experience includes thermal ecology, meta-analysis, comparative methods, animal experimentation, field ecology, environmental monitoring, and publishing in scientific journals.
