Desirable but not mandatory are experience programming complex experiments and surveys, knowledge of statistical methods for analyzing complex data (e.g. multilevel modeling, cognitive modeling), experience with data analysis in R, STATA or comparable software such as Python, and initial experience in university teaching or conducting tutorials and courses.
