Eligibility highlights: applicants must hold a PhD, be fluent in written and spoken English, meet nationality requirements for the inbound/outbound pathway, and be employed by a Singapore institution for the full duration of the award. Applicants must also identify a suitable host institution and obtain institutional endorsement before submission.

Application deadline: 1 August 2026.

Required documents: completed application form, two referees, passport, CV, and academic transcripts and degree certificates (Bachelor’s, Master’s if applicable, and PhD).

For details, applicants should review the official fellowship page and submit through the S-SEAF application process.
