Orkney has seen its second significant disruption in recent months when a subsea cable damage disrupted phone and internet services to hundreds on the island https://lnkd.in/d4BTzbST . While many thoughts come to mind the one that rhymes well in the situation is that of No Island is an Island; remote places need to be more sufficient in the future.
