Alberto Oleaga is a Full Professor at the University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU in Spain. His research interests encompass the dynamics of guest molecules, ferroelectric transitions, and the optical functionality of materials, as evidenced by his recent publications. He also focuses on the crystallographic and magnetocaloric properties of intermetallic compounds and their applications in magnetic refrigeration. Prof. Oleaga's work further explores the thermal properties of layered crystals and employs advanced techniques such as flying spot thermography for quantitative assessments.
