📢 Hiring alert for a Project Fellow position at Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in the project Object Detection using Hyperspectral Remote Sensing , sponsored by DRDO . The work is with Dr. Alok Bhardwaj (Principal Investigator), Dr. Siddhartha Khare (Co-Investigator, Department of Civil Engineering), and Prof. M.V. Sunil Krishna (Co-Investigator, Department of Physics). The research focus is on hyperspectral remote sensing , object detection , spectroradiometer-based data collection and analysis , RTM code development , inversion modeling , and water vapour and aerosol retrievals . Eligibility: applicants should have a PhD in Engineering or PhD in Science with at least 2+ years of relevant experience in hyperspectral remote sensing. Recently graduated PhD scholars with an exceptional publication record are also considered. Funding: the position offers Rs. 100000 per month + HRA for a duration of 2 years at IIT Roorkee.
