Amadeo Fuenmayor is the Head of Chair of Regional Taxation at the University of Valencia, Spain. His research areas include the efficiency of elderly social services, non-take-up of social benefits, minimum wage impacts on employment, and regional taxation analysis. Recent articles authored by him explore topics such as the relationship between tax-benefit systems and gender disparities in Europe, and the implications of the new Impuesto sobre Grandes Fortunas in Spain.
