Ana Galvão serves as Professora Coordenadora Principal at the Instituto Politécnico de Bragança, Portugal. Her research interests include effective communication between formal caregivers and the elderly, as well as humanistic literacy in palliative care. Additionally, she explores the influence of leadership styles on nurses’ structural empowerment and ethical aspects of cybersecurity in health. Her recent articles contribute to the field by addressing both practical and theoretical dimensions of healthcare and self-care literacy.
