Aniko Kelemen-Erdos is an Associate Professor at Óbuda University in Hungary. Her research areas include the intersection of entrepreneurial opportunities and artificial intelligence, customer perceptions in food traceability, and manufacturer-retailer relationships within grocery retailing. She has also explored topics such as industrial espionage, digital competencies in engineering graduates, and information security awareness among the Y generation. Her recent work contributes significantly to understanding consumer trust and food safety from multiple perspectives.
