About
Anne Kasurinen is a University Lecturer at the University of Eastern Finland. Her research focuses on the acclimation of subarctic vegetation to warming and increased cloudiness, as well as the transfer of elements from soil to earthworms and ground beetles in boreal forests. She has also investigated emissions of biogenic volatile organic compounds from the rhizosphere of Scots pine seedlings under various environmental stresses. Her recent work encompasses responses of soil-grown Scots pine seedlings to experimental warming and nitrogen addition.
