MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship in Applied Electromagnetics, mmWave/sub-THz Antennas, Metasurfaces, ISAC, Integrated Photonics and RFICs

Ulster University’s School of Engineering is inviting expressions of interest for an MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship under the supervision of Ardavan Rahimian (Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Electronic Engineering). The opportunity is aimed at PhD holders , preferably with prior research associate or postdoctoral experience, who want to develop an independent research project in a strong academic environment with state-of-the-art facilities. Research areas: applied electromagnetics, mmWave/sub-THz antennas, metasurfaces, experimental ISAC, integrated photonics, and RF integrated circuits (RFICs). Host institution: Ulster University, United Kingdom. Eligibility highlights: applicants of any nationality may apply if they are currently based outside the UK, or if they have not resided, worked, or studied in the UK for more than 12 months between Sep. 2023 and Sep. 2026. The MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships scheme also requires a PhD by the deadline and compliance with the mobility and research-experience rules in the official call guidance. Funding: the MSCA PF programme provides salary/living support and additional allowances, plus research, training, networking, management, and indirect-cost support.
