About

Atsuki Fukutani is a Lecturer at Ritsumeikan University in Japan. His research areas include muscle mechanics, specifically focusing on force loss during eccentric contraction, residual force enhancement, and the effects of active lengthening and shortening on muscle fibers. He has contributed to the understanding of muscle volume comparisons among athletes, including sprinters and runners.
