Begoña Mayans is an Assistant Professor at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain. Her research areas encompass bioremediation of contaminated soils, particularly through the use of spent mushroom substrates and the evaluation of the rhizosphere resistome in cultivated soils. Additionally, she explores the enhancement of methane production from livestock manure and the biostimulant potential of various organic products.
