This is a non-tenure-track academic appointment with an annual salary of
8–9 million yen
. The successful candidate will conduct research and contribute to undergraduate and graduate education, as well as support the Regional Collaborative Analytical Center under the Cabinet Office program for strategic university reform and innovation.
Eligibility highlights:
a doctoral degree is required; Associate Professor applicants should have at least 7 years of relevant experience, while Lecturer applicants should have at least 5 years. The university welcomes international applicants, and Japanese proficiency is not mandatory. Applicants should be motivated to advance research in traditional Japanese and natural medicines, obtain external funding, supervise students, and teach in English.
