The REACT-DN MSCA Doctoral Network is recruiting PhD students for multiple projects in neuromorphic computing and secure architectures. Research topics include secure neuromorphic architectures, novel memory technologies (RRAM, MRAM, FeRAM, PCM), energy-efficient hardware, in-memory computing, analog computation, hardware accelerators, and formal verification. Projects are hosted at leading European institutions such as University of Groningen, TU Eindhoven, Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, TU Dresden, and Leibniz Institute for High Performance Microelectronics (IHP). Supervisors include Farhad Merchant, Beatriz Noheda, Tamalika Banerjee, Manil Dev Gomony, Shahar Kvatinsky, Nicolás Wainstein, Jeronimo Castrillon, Christian Wenger, and Tommaso Rizzi. The program offers competitive funding, international mobility, advanced training, and industry collaboration. Applicants should have a strong background in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or materials science, and demonstrate interest in hardware design and neuromorphic systems.
