Dr. Cristina Campos Fernández is the Head of the Rheumatology Department at Generalitat Valenciana in Spain. Her research focuses primarily on giant cell arteritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and the effectiveness and safety of biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (bDMARDs). Recent publications include studies on risk factors for visual manifestations in giant cell arteritis and the long-term survival of subcutaneous biosimilar tumor necrosis factor inhibitors. She is dedicated to enhancing understanding of rheumatic diseases through real-world data and registry studies.
