Professor Cynthia Corbett is the Director of the Center for Advancing Chronic Care Outcomes through Research and Innovation at the University of South Carolina. Her research focuses on the use of digital technology in healthcare, particularly in relation to women's health issues such as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), opioid-use disorder, and the support of pregnant and parenting women in recovery. Additionally, she explores the intersection of human activity recognition and health information technology as a means to enhance treatment adherence and overall health outcomes.
