About

Daniel Cooney is an Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, USA. His research focuses on evolutionary dynamics, particularly within multilevel selection frameworks, as reflected in his recent articles exploring topics such as altruistic punishment, the evolution of social dilemmas, and the dynamics of competing groups. His work utilizes partial differential equations (PDE) to model these complex interactions and their implications for cooperation and social behavior.
