Dariusz Gawin

Professor Dariusz Gawin is the Head of the Department at Lodz University of Technology in Poland. His research interests include renewable energy applications at the district scale, stochastic energy-demand analysis, and the use of artificial neural networks in urban building energy modeling. He has contributed to recent studies focusing on energy demand prediction and thermal comfort in office buildings, as well as the effects of cyclic water freezing in porous media.
