About

David Domínguez is a Profesor Permanente Laboral at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. His research focuses on the dietary effects of minerals and vitamins on the growth and skeletal development of aquatic species, particularly gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata) and meagre (Argyrosomus regius). Recent articles co-authored by him examine the impact of dietary supplementation, antioxidant properties, and the interaction of various vitamins on bone metabolism and gene expression in aquatic larvae.
