The University of Science and Technology (UST) in collaboration with the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) in Seoul, Korea, is offering fully funded master's and PhD positions for the Spring 2026 semester. Students will join research projects from the first day, with opportunities to work in cutting-edge areas such as ion conducting polymer membranes for water electrolysis, flow batteries, and fuel cells. The Energy Engineering major at UST/KIST covers interdisciplinary research in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, physics, and environmental engineering, focusing on clean energy production, storage, and environmental technology.
