Dong Jin Kim is the Kim Dae Jung Chair Professor of Peace Studies at Hanshin University, South Korea. His research areas include peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and international relations, with a particular focus on the Korean Peninsula and comparative studies with Northern Ireland. Recent articles explore themes such as ontological security in protracted conflicts, the nexus between aid cooperation and peacebuilding, and the role of civil society in peace education and health diplomacy.
