About

Dong Liu is an Associate Professor at the University of Oxford, UK. His research areas include the study of nuclear graphite's damage tolerance, porosity evolution in proton-irradiated materials, and advanced methods for quantifying irradiation damage using Raman spectroscopy. In addition, he investigates the mechanical properties of medium- and high-entropy alloys and the structural stability of β-Ga2O3 under ion irradiation. His recent work also includes X-ray tomography studies on nuclear fuel particle behavior at high temperatures.
