About
Dr. Simone Latini is an Assistant Professor at the Technical University of Denmark. His research focuses on terahertz parametric amplification, quantum-electrodynamical density-functional theory, and the dynamics of exciton condensates. He has contributed to understanding ultrafast charge transfer in two-dimensional materials and the ferroelectric properties of quantum paraelectric SrTiO3. His recent publications reflect a keen interest in the microscopic origins of phase transitions and the study of unconventional excitonic states.
