Elżbieta Janowska-Renkas is the Head of the Building Material Engineering Department at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Opole University of Technology, Poland. Her research areas include sustainable construction materials, the mechanical performance of cement mortars with alternative additives, and the durability of construction materials in harsh environments. She has authored several articles focusing on topics such as hemp concrete, the use of spent catalysts in cement mortars, and the performance of high-performance concrete in civil engineering applications.
