Elena Sánchez

Elena Sánchez is a Profesor contratado lector at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Spain. Her research focuses on environmental sustainability in viticulture, particularly the design and evaluation of microencapsulation technology to mitigate the impact of copper fungicides, as well as the use of cover crops to prevent groundwater pollution. Additionally, she investigates the characterization of Arundo donax L. clones from the Mediterranean region and their photosynthetic capacity under water scarcity conditions.
