Elisabetta Tedeschi is a Full Professor at the University of Trento in Italy. Her research is focused on energy systems, specifically battery storage, microgrid control, and wave energy applications. Recent publications include works on technology suitability assessments for offshore applications, optimal generation capacity for DC microgrids, and the challenges of all-DC offshore wind power plants. She is actively engaged in addressing the integration and coordination of renewable energy resources in both grid-connected and isolated systems.
