Emilia A. Lubecka

Emilia A. Lubecka is an Assistant Professor at Gdańsk University of Technology in Poland. Her research focuses on protein structure modeling, particularly through coarse-grained approaches and the optimization of computational methods. Recent work includes explorations of the UNRES package and its applications in simulating large proteins and protein complexes, as well as the impacts of advanced prediction technologies like AlphaFold. She is actively involved in enhancing methodologies for NMR-data-assisted protein modeling.
