About
Professor Ewa Popko is a faculty member at Wrocław University of Science and Technology in Poland. Her research focuses on the dielectric response of semiconductor materials, including studies on ZnTe–Ti/Al Schottky junctions and ZnO nanowires. She has contributed to the understanding of micro-strain in multiple quantum well structures and the metallization processes in solar cells, as well as the optical properties of photonic structures.
