Gerta Bardhoshi is an Assistant Professor of Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Iowa, USA. Her research focuses on burnout and professional identity among school mental health providers, as well as psychometric evaluations of various scales related to counselor effectiveness. Recent publications include studies on the organizational resources and work engagement of school counselors, as well as work involving Latinx high school students and their experiences. She is dedicated to improving the psychological well-being of both counselors and the students they serve.
