Grace Lucas

Grace Lucas is a Senior Lecturer in Mental Health and Society at City, University of London. Her research focuses on body-oriented therapies for the treatment of eating disorders, as well as the experiences of young mothers regarding eating, moving, and embodiment. She has recently published articles exploring healthcare professionals' perspectives on new nursing roles and their support for young mothers during and after pregnancy. Grace's work contributes to understanding the complexities of mental health in the context of societal norms and support systems.
