Graciela Paz-Bermúdez is a Profesora Contratada Doctora at Universidade de Vigo, Spain. Her research interests include the effects of traditional cultural practices on epiphytic bryolichenic communities, the ecology of lichen communities on granite churches, and the preservation of lichen mosaics at archaeological sites. She is also involved in the study of endangered lichen species, contributing to the understanding of biodiversity in her region.
