Gyöngyi Kovács is an associate professor at Szent István University in Hungary. Her research focuses on consumer preferences in the hospitality industry, particularly regarding Michelin-starred restaurants, as well as the role of stakeholders in the decarbonization process of the Northern Hungarian coal region. She has published articles exploring the intersections of demand, supply, and knowledge transfer in gastronomy education.
