Hassan Obeid is the Head of the Economics Department at the Paris School of Business, France. His research focuses on the interdependence of investor sentiments, economic policy uncertainty, and US interest rates, as well as financial assets. Additionally, he has explored hedging strategies within commodity futures and stock market indices and examined nonperforming loans in European Islamic banks throughout economic cycles. His recent work also addresses the implications of artificial intelligence on American security and Chinese ambitions.
