Helmut Schift

Helmut Schift is the Head of the Polymer Nanotechnology Group at the Paul Scherrer Institut in Switzerland. His research primarily focuses on advanced polymeric materials, including nanoimprinted surfaces for biofilm formation, water-based microparticulate inks for microfluidic channels, and hybrid structures using direct write lithography. He is also involved in the development of soft neural interfaces and innovative fabrication techniques for sub-micron scale structures.
