The SpaXio MSCA Doctoral Network is recruiting 14 PhD students for cutting-edge research in spatial biology, spatial omics, and bioinformatics, with a strong focus on cancer metastasis and multi-omics data integration. Projects span experimental and computational approaches, including imaging, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and advanced modeling. The network is composed of leading research groups across several European universities, including the Technical University of Munich, Salzburg University, Lausanne University, Marseille University, Tübingen University, Madrid University, Paris University, and others. Each PhD project addresses a unique aspect of cancer biology, from tumor microenvironment and metastasis mechanisms to computational analysis and digital twin modeling.
