About
Hyung-Ik Shin is a Professor at Seoul National University College of Medicine in South Korea. His research focuses on rehabilitation strategies for neuromuscular conditions, including spinal muscular atrophy and spinal cord injury. He has contributed to studies on noninvasive ventilation adherence in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and the epidemiology of work-related traumatic spinal cord injury. His recent work also explores the motor development of very-preterm infants and the optimization of rehabilitation protocols.
