About
Inês Pereira is an Associate Professor at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. Her research focuses on the chemical and isotopic behavior of minerals, specifically in relation to the formation and evolution of the Earth's crust. Recent articles include studies on garnet-bearing volcanic rocks and the implications of detrital heavy minerals. She is actively contributing to the understanding of geological processes through her work on trace elements in minerals as well as geodynamic implications from xenoliths.
