Jan Fridén

Jan Fridén is the Head and Professor at the Swiss Paraplegic Center, Switzerland. His research focuses on the pathomechanics of wrist extensors, grip reconstruction in tetraplegia, and the enhancement of hand function following spinal cord injuries. He has contributed to the understanding of surgical interventions for carpal tunnel syndrome among individuals with spinal injuries and the long-term effects of functional electrical stimulation in chronic conditions.
