Janusz Szczepanski is a Professor at the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research in Poland. His research focuses on free space optics communication systems, computational intelligence, optimization techniques in communications and control, and information processing in brain-inspired neural networks. His recent publications include studies on systems operating in the 8–12 µm spectral range and advancements in neural network optimization.
