Jeremy Pittman is an Assistant Professor at the University of Waterloo, Canada. His research focuses on environmental justice, conservation policy, and the socio-ecological dynamics of small-scale fisheries, as evidenced by his recent articles on topics such as conservation conflicts, adaptation planning, and the impacts of climate change. He is particularly interested in the intersection of social norms and governance in marine protected areas, as well as urban stormwater management and disaster risk governance.
